When Does A Type B Visa Expire ?

I have a Type B Multi Entry Visa issued in the UK which is stamped that I should utilise it BEFORE 8th Dec 2006 .

I have used it many times but I obviously want to utilise the 90 days from that date as I don't intend to return to the UK until July 07.

Firstly I intended to do a border run on the 8th but noticed that it states that it should be used before this date. Does this mean I should do my run on the 7th or is the 8th the expiry date ?

Or does this just refer to the first time it is used ?

I realise that the date above is the final day for re-entry to Thailand.

Secondly I believe my best option to extend my stay until I return to the UK in July to renew the Type B would be to obtain the 90 days as above, which will take me to March 07, then visit Penang to obtain 90 days to June and then do a tourist run to take me up to July.

Any ideas ?
