Iam Married to a Thai for a number of years Iam looking to see why easy it is to adopt her daughter but not changing her name

Any body any experience in this matter/

looking at the same thing, wifes daughter is 17 and wants to have the same last name as her mother and me before she goes to university next year.

 

A friend & his wife adopted an abandoned Thai baby, the whole process took two years.
