W-W-L-L-D-W-D-W-L-W-W Chopping & changing Managers will NEVER get success long term. I don't understand why would a Board who appointed a Manager 6 Months earlier, sack him after that Form ^^.. We're not Barcelona, we're fcukign West Ham, it's madness & sums up modern day Football perfectly, absolutely w*nk.. I hate O Neill to, anyone who rates him simply could not have watched his Villa Team & their fcukign awful Football, dreadful to watch & one of the big reasons i didn't like Curbishley was because, although doing well resulst wise, our Football was horrible & with O Neill it will be 10 times worse IF it happens.. & as for his Signings, generally shocking, plus he seems to need fortunes in Transfer Windows which is another reason i think thsi isn't as cut & dried as it would seem as i simply can't see where the money O Neill normally wants, will be provided.. But if what seems to be the inevitible does happen, the i'll give him my full support of course.. I wouldn't invite him round my House for Dinner cos i despise Quitters & i think him, like Keegan etc are just that, but he does seem to be able to get the best out of not very good Player & not very good Teams so we'll see... My bet would be if he is our next Manager within the next whatever it is, he won't be our Manager thsi time next Year meaning yet more fcukign instability... We do not win Leagues, we haven't won a Cup competition in 30 plus Years now.. Your outlook on Football is VERY different to mine/ours.. He is NOT sh*t, our Squad is sh*t. So what has it got us, it has got us a draw away from a Wembley Final which is something that i have only dreamnt about since i was a little Boy, it got us a 4-0 win against Man United with our Reserve Team & it got us a win over a T*ttingham side who are the best Side they've had in Years which means an awful lot to me. We lose Games, we always have & always do & it doesn't bother me at all as i am completely comfortable with ho we are & i know exactly who we are, & mor eimportantly, who we are not.. At least with that you KNOW what you're getting & it's done well, whether you liek it or not.. Unlike O Neill where for some reason people love him yet when his Carew inspired Villa Team was playing, it was one of the only Games of Football i'd ever turn over.. But as i said, if it happens i'd giev him the benefit of the doubt of course & would love to be proved wrong.. 13m for Harewood & NRC by the way, not 14m like i said before.. The scammers have been more or less playing good football the last few weeks especially in the latest cup outing where they looked the better side even with 10 men. The board have fcuked this up and should make amends now by putting their hands in the pocket and at least bring in more loan signings.....anything to keep stability and help out a team clearly overplaying its youngsters atm. As for the wicked witch at least her column gives me a laff over my mug of tea every Saturday. And you'll be in the black in a couple of years.....[rovided Prem status is retained. It was always going to be an uphill struggle. He puts up with all this crap from Gold ,Sullivan and Whatsherface and still acts with dignity. I grew up in the era of Ron Greenwood , John Lyle etc. they will be turning in their graves at this shambles. I never understood how the club let 'arry or Curbishly go.
