Think he is responsible for many of the combi cocktail bars here. His place is located on the left side of pattaya railway bypass road between North and Central Pattaya if heading towards Satahip. Several in the Pattaya/ Jomtien area. good advice. sure you will easily find one with an owner willing to sell out. you are better not doing it but if you do it will give you a good sob story to tell around the bars as you cry into your beer. remember the less you invest the less you will loose. also remember to stay the hell away from it when it is operating and remember to watch your staff like a hawk. not really sure how you can do those 2 things at the same time.
