(the night one departing 20:40, need it for vientianne visa run so overnight is best , since daily buses will come to nongkhai when imigration is closed. Call their service center and was told refund cant make to foreign bank. Sent email to them thrice and ignored.btw app is OK for booking. but dont take the option to pay online.
