True Online and TrueVisions announced Tuesday that their customers in 12 flood-hit provinces can delay their payment of the Internet and subscription TV fees for one month.

 

The 12 provinces are Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Narathiwat, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Krabi, Trang, Pattani and Yala.

 

Suphakit Vuntanadit, Group Chief Commercial Officer and head of Commecial & Business Development TrueVisions, True Corporation PLC, said True Online has dispatched officials to check True Internet exchange centres in the flood-hit areas to ensure that its broadband Internet would not be cut off.

Going by the number of farangs leaving this service we read here regularly ( HBO latest event) then they have to look after the other local customers or no income will be rolling in.
