All great leaders have a creative side. The PM will never have to sing that song "So long its been good to know you" as he will be a fixture in one form or another well till I expire anyways.

The melody sounds like "A bridge over troubled waters" I see the word retention in the link. With the help of Google I came up with the following answer. Google says the continued possession, use, or control of something. Makes sense. I could not understand the song but will definitely play it nightly to lull me to sleep.
