What software can be used to burn a VCD from a .WMV so it can be used in karaoke set tops?

(I know this has been covered in the archives, but unfortunately you can't search for 3 character strings)

Usually the software that comes with the CD/DVD writer will have software to do it. If not, I use Nero Vision.

Windows Movie Maker should work also and it is free.
