Need Replacement Taxi for Mr T Taxi

I am loyal (and lazy) traveler. In the Spring when I landed at Don Muang from Chiang Mai I couldn't find the driver for the Mr T taxi that I had booked. Several calls to Mr T didn't help and I ended up taking a public taxi (cheaper and faster) to Pattaya. A couple weeks ago I again booked a Mr T taxi from DM to Patts. The driver was not at the gate where I was told he would be but he eventually showed up (after I called Mr T). Then I booked Mr T from Patts to BKK. The driver never showed and Mr T never answered the phone so I had to hire another taxi. This was a couple days ago and he has not contacted me though I called, emailed and Lined him.

I know members have talked about different taxi companies in the past but I would like to hear recent (Mr T was good in the past) experiences with companies and 2017 prices if possible.
