Wash more frequently.

Seriously, dry them thouroughly. Sounds like a sweat related problem. Be aware that this can become a fungal infection, my youngest suffered from this.

Wash with special medicines.. May be Peroxide of hydrogen

suggest washing and then treating with athlete's foot topical medication a few time, see if it works

many people suffer from this problem.They do not have a fungal infection..find some san-som deoderant stone.(available at most markets).After showering rub this behind the ears.It works well.

The smell is caused by bacteria..through sweating.The same as when somebody smells with BO.

The san-som is just a natural way of killing the bacteria.It is a natural antiseptic.great for an underarm as well.Works better than most things.

You could try a soap containing sulfur which acts as an anti-bacterial. For something that smells better, try a soap or shampoo that has tea tree oil in it.
