fruitman
Which curry paste is really good? I want to use it to marinate meat for bbq or just cooking. Also dry herbmixes are fine with me...just anything easy i can rub on my meat and marinate it....but also recommendations for any mixed herbmixes are welcome, just things like red curry mix or whatever...can be from India, Malaysia, Thailand as long as they're good i would like to get tips which ones to buy. tutsiwarrior
one can always use the Lobo packaged curry paste available everywhere...just add coconut milk and other ingredients per the instructions on the packet and yer off to the races...masaman, chicken, etc... someone once got me a slab of red curry paste from the market and I sat lookin' at it until it went off...
