ProAuto
ProAuto & CAMT (College of Arts, Media and Technology – Chiang Mai University) did an “experiment” about data analytics to see top issues of some popular cars which are reported in active Thai Websites & social network. We picked up Toyota-VIGO, Toyota-VIOS, Isuzu DMAX and Honda-CITY as our “examples”. Although we have time constraints, the sample size & brand coverage might not cover scope which we wanted to do, the result (see attachments - in English) is pretty much in line with our service records & most active parts of our suppliers. Users may check these parts when your car gets service. ProAuto also offers free check service & quotation. Full experiment results is here (in Thai) References:- http://www.isuzuclub.com/http://www.newdmax-club.com/http://www.allnewcity-club.com/index.phphttp://www.hondacityclub.com/board/forumdisplay.php?fid=2http://www.newdmax-club.com/http://www.vigothaiclub.com/board/6http://www.vios-club.com/ Facebook : D-maxclubthailand

We did a text mining & some mentionings may not be faults but may be only questions. So, the above number is not a sole fault.
