9000 baht is considered a hefty fine?

How many has she mistreated that have not reported, for every one that she has?

She should be banned from any form of public transport service for life, 10x the fare of each passenger that filed a report as a fine payable within 5 years or facing imprisonment (she assaulted the passenger in the video), or until she has been through counselling (at her own expense, to prove her serious intent) to show that she is capable of riding in a way that ensures safety and efficiency for passengers.

I have it on good account that she is going to stop and see police for an interview

at the same time as the Boss Red Bull driver.

Wow they even revoked her license!! That's the first time this happened to a nast taxidriver..

Revoking her licence probably won't deter her from doing something similar again.

Just paying a fine & letting her go back out on the road to abuse people again is the only thing they can think of!

Occasionally there has to be a first for some things in Thailand. A good thing. I expect in this instance it is easier to revoke a two year expired license than a current one and in her case there is little chance of an envelope changing hands.

Well it is reasonable if you consider I only ever take them from Nana. When you look at it that way it all makes sense. :)

No it doesn't.

And she's still allowed to drive a taxi? Falang no unnerstan Thai ways.

No she's not, that's the point of part of the report, she's doing it illegally!

No-one else notice that for the duration of the v/clip (and who knows how long before the customer fired up her mobile recorder?) no-one in the taxi was paying any attention to traffic conditions as the motored along a Bangkok main road.
