snoop1130 Posted April 19, 2017 Share Posted April 19, 2017 Boat operators rush to apply for operating licenses in marine park Many operators of long-tailed and speed boats showed up at the office of the Haad Nopparatthara-Phi-Phi islands national park on Wednesday to apply for operating licenses. Over 80 tour boat operators were arrested and fined by officials during the Songkran festival for operating services to tourists without licenses.
