my "non O" has expired.

 

1. I have my passport stamped to leave Thailand on the 9th June.

if I book a flight on the 10th, will I have any trouble?

 

2. if I do a border run to Cambodia prior to the 9th, what will I get? 15 days or 30 days?

1. No problem. If you leave from either airport in Bangkok you will not be charged 500 baht for one day of overstay.
2. 30 days.

Note that you could also go to your local immigration office and apply for an extension for 1900 Baht - avoiding the border-bounce.  Even when the extension is denied, you get 7 more days to leave the country.  That would avoid the overstay-stamp in your passport - which you would receive - even if the airports don't charge you the 500 Baht for the one-day.
