Blood Test for Testosterone Replacement Therapy

I've recently moved to Bangkok and I am looking for a clinic which can check my blood for the following:

 

Hematocrit

Estradiol 

 

Free & bound testosterone levels

 

TSH (thyroid)

 

HDL (cholesterol)

 

I can get the results analysed, I just need to the blood drawn and the results.

 

Anywhere I can get this done and approximate cost?

There is is a medical lab located in downtown buriram just  up the the street from the Bamboo Room. I can;t give the address because i cant read or write Thai

the medical professional is very helpful. Prices are reasonable compared to the hospitable and all tests can be performed.`

7 days a week. I had all my blood work done including the lad report,  Testosterone and psa cost 2450

Testosterone alone was 500 and psa was 150
