Does anyone know of precast sectional buildings ? or what the import taxes are on building materials?

Not sure what your on about so try here first DIY housing forum and go from there.  

Precast sectional building & building materials are available here in Thailand.

 

Why would you import, you can get everything you want in Thailand, Building blocks are about 15 baht ish thicker ones about 20 baht, you can get thermal but they are a bit more expensive, you can buy windows, concrete pillars, lintels, And if you're buying get the Little lady to go do it becasue falang prices kick in if you're seen,

The best, fastest system I have seen is the Koto system.

It is stronger than it looks. I wondered if there was anything like it in Thailand? If the link works.

Well it's in Malaysia if l understand correct so available next door. 

That's right. I was wondering about the possibility of import. As I understand, import taxes are up to 80%. It's a wonder anyone brings anything in.
