A superb seamstress, dress maker, designer is located just a few doors down from The Dukes on the Mae Ping River branch. If you walk out of Dukes, turn left and look for what I think is the last remaining house on that stretch - you can't miss the large glass window front. She does incredible work, but is not cheap and has a queue of more than 4-5 weeks. She does very high-end work.
