PATTAYA:--Two people were hurt when their Toyota pickup slammed into a metal post after the driver apparently fell asleep.

Anop Saboo, 20, was critically injured in the Aug. 20 wreck on Highway 36 near the Nongprue Caltex gas station. Passenger Adisorn Boonsri, 25, sustained minor injuries.

A navy doctor from Queen Sirikit Naval Medical Center witnessed the crash and administered first aid before the two men were transported to Banglamung Hospital.

most likely fell asleep as suggested in the news article.

So many photos of accidents here in Thailand leave me thinking... 'how on earth is that even possible?'...  the precarious positions that some of these vehicles end up in is astonishing !

It takes a special kind of skill to <deleted> up so perfectly !!!!

Apparently !!!

Did you read the article or can you only look at pictures?

We all know that Thais can sleep anywhere, anytime. It's a pity so many seem to do it while driving.

I don't bite the story of falling asleep. It is just a poor excuse to escape the embarrassment of driving like an ass.

Drivers in the 18 - 25 age group have the highest incidence of accidents.

Yes

And i love pictures as well. :jap:

The word Dumb covers it.

I also forgot the word Bullshit  as well.

Thats also good for reporting and any excuse used instead of

the truth from drivers or passengers or idiots pretending they saw something.

20 years driving and riding here tells me that.

Its all a very Thai  thing :coffee1:

Good job Boys.
