I do not like some of Trump's policies, and I hate the nasty tweets, but he's still much better than the disaster Harris would have been. So I am happy with him.

Its conclusion was similar to the Mueller report. It did not conclude that the documented ties between the Trump campaign and Russia amounted to a prosecutable conspiracy, but also did not exonerate the Trump campaign.
