UK Asylum Seeker Guide Covers Sex, Consent, Gender Equality

The Home Office has published new behavioural guidance for asylum seekers in England and Wales, setting out how laws and social customs in the UK may differ from those in their countries of origin.

The nine-page booklet has been uploaded online and covers issues including respect in public, sex and consent, and gender equality. It also explains that asylum seekers may face consequences if they break UK law, including effects on their asylum claim and support while their case is considered.

Guidance Warns of Legal Consequences

The document states that the impact of breaching UK rules can range from police involvement to the loss of asylum support, and that it could also “affect” an applicant’s asylum claim.

A Home Office spokesman said the department expects people coming to the UK to follow UK laws, adding that failure to do so can lead to “consequences”, including the refusal of an asylum claim and removal from the country.

The booklet was published as latest Home Office statistics show that 93,525 people applied for asylum in the UK between April 2025 and March 2026, down by 12% compared with the previous year.

The Home Office said removals of failed asylum seekers have reached their highest level since 2010 under the current government.

Gender, Sex and Consent Sections Included

A section on gender explains that women in the UK have equal rights with men and do not need permission from a husband, father, brother or any other man to work, study, travel or make decisions.

The booklet’s section on sex and consent states that both people must agree to sexual activity or any sexual contact. It adds that consent cannot be given if someone is asleep, drunk, or unable to respond.

Respect in Public and Support Details

Another section, titled Respect in Public, says it is not acceptable to whistle or make kissing noises at people in the street. It also warns against making sexual comments to someone, even if the person making the comment believes it is a compliment.

The guidance also includes contact details for organisations providing support for victims and people seeking help with the issues raised in the document.

Opposition Criticises, Labour Declines Comment

The Conservatives said asylum seekers who break UK law should be deported. Reform UK said the publication showed the government “knows that they are a menace”.

Shadow home secretary Chris Philp said the approach should focus on deportations rather than trying to train asylum seekers to behave differently. In remarks cited from earlier comments, he argued that communities were not integrating properly, leaving what he described as “backwards” standards to persist.

Reform UK’s home affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf posted a two-minute video on social media describing the booklet as “a disgrace”. He said the government had published what he characterised as a guide for illegal migrants on what he said people should not do, including committing sexual offences and other violent behaviour.

A Labour spokesperson declined to comment. The Liberal Democrats and the Green Party were contacted for comment.

Separate government figures cited by the Home Office show nearly 70,000 illegal migrants and foreign criminals have been returned or deported since Labour came to power in July 2024. The BBC reported that nearly 10,000 foreign criminals, including murderers and rapists, have been removed since the last election, a 36% increase compared with the previous 21 months.

As muslim is a religion and not a race I find it highly unlikely that any normal educated person would call me racist, I think patriot would be a more accurate descriptive , I have no issues with anybody coming to the UK via legal means as long as they behave

"others" can call me racist all day long I could not care less

If not being called a racist what about this: your patriotism and love for your country turns into blind loyalty, intolerance, chauvinism and aggressive nationalism along with xenophobia and Options for far right extremism.

Is this something you would fit in?

That's one of the nicest things anybody has ever said about me ,

If you are not from the UK , why are you trolling on a thread specifically about British issues, what does any of it have to do with you ? Obviously it's an open forum but why get involved in the problems of another country ?

Well, does it mean everyone is only "allowed" to speak/post about their own country???

How silly is that? 😂😂😂

Maybe I have to add something to my possible description of you?

I am fine with the "right wing extremist " was it actually meant to be an insult? 😂 I wear the badge with pride

If you need any further help with English insults feel free to ask me , as a native speaker I can definitely help you out

You’ve noticed the horrible English too? Such as “of cause” instead of “of course” and many of the others?

I wonder what kind of leaflet would have prevented this?

Another two Afghans have been convicted of raping a woman while holding a knife to her date's throat.

Khan Agah and Noorullah Ahmdzai lied to the court, saying the woman agreed to have sex with them for £20 and accused them of rape when she didn't get more money. Agah also lied about his age, saying he was 16 at the time of the rape. He is 19. I would argue about this age too but that does not belong to this leaflet utopia thread and it's maybe RACIST to discuss their age.

The woman was on a first date with a man in Barking Park on 16 August 2025, stargazing while the man played a guitar. Agah and Ahmdzai approached the couple, held the man at knifepoint, and took turns raping the woman. Ahmdzai came to Britain on a small boat in August 2023 and lived at a taxpayer-funded hotel. Agah also arrived illegally, but when and how remains unknown. Another two men who never needed to be here, and two lives that never needed to be ruined.

There should not be Afghans in Britain arriving with or without leaflets. They must be deported immediately.

The politicians, civil servants, and immigration activists who brought them here have oceans of blood on their hands, and must be punished too.

I think this is a good listen to anyone defending the rapists and thinking that the leaflets are going to change the situation.

An interpreter for illegal migrants in court has said what we all know to be true: they believe if a girl speaks to them, they can rape her.

I rest my case on this video how effective these idiotic leaflets can be and what a waste of money just to distract the public from the real issues.

The person in the video is a perfect example that has zero rights to be anywhere else but in prison where he comes from.

Brexit cannot be blamed for open borders, as the UK never participated in the EU's passport-free Schengen Area and retained full control over its own national borders.

Absolutely correct , its time to start locking those people up too, as many of the enablers are, shamefully Uk nationals they probably cannot be deported , but I see no reason why they could not be exiled to some far flung corner of the commonwealth

A document probably in English which many of the illegals cant understand. Even if they did understand it does anyone really believe they would take notice of it? If they enter the country illegally kick them out. No review.

If you are not getting rid of them why have Immigration at airports?

Keeping up appearances for trusting retards while globo homo multi mongrelism is implemented.

The United Nations (funded by the Rockefellers wrote a report on this in the early 200s - Replacement Migration. Politicians are presenters - whores for pay. They have no power to stop this.

I'll try to explain this whole racket. I have other descriptions too from which you can pick suitable one like "The world’s most successful protection racket: pay up or you’re a Nazi", “Compassion as a business model - financed by people who aren’t allowed to ask where the money went.”, “Guilt-based extraction scheme with excellent branding and zero refunds.”, “Pay the bill, shut up, and feel good about it — or else you’re the villain. Classic.”

Should make few t-shirts of it..

"Humanitarian aid" is a self-reinforcing system of incentives.

Migration flows helps enable form a large, durable industry with strong financial and political returns for participants, while disagreement is heavily policed through moral labels. We can see this in this thread and sometimes I suspect the loudest voices are the ones benefiting from this racket.

So the money (TAX PAYER MONEY) flows to organizations, contractors, and governments. Billions move annually through NGOs, UN agencies, national aid budgets, refugee resettlement programs, housing/welfare systems, legal services, and security contractors. Much of it is spent on administration, logistics, consultants, and domestic programs rather than direct, measurable outcomes for the poorest.

Scandals of diversion, inflated costs, and ineffective programs recur across decades (food aid that undercuts local farmers, refugee camps that become permanent economies, development projects with poor accountability). Recipient governments and transit states also extract rents.

Migration creates permanent clients and political leverage. Asylum and family-reunification channels turn temporary humanitarian claims into long-term residency, welfare access, and voting blocs in receiving countries. You can see this clearly, specially in US how it changes everything. UK of course who have now the most muslim mayors etc... We can also see what policies they enforce. This is all done in open and of course the media is on this side.

- Employers get cheap labor
- Advocacy groups and agencies get budgets and moral authority
- Politicians get both cheap labor narratives and "compassion" branding.

The costs (housing, education, healthcare, crime, integration failures) are socialized while benefits are concentrated. Just see the recent articles about asylum housing and who makes millions out of it.

Criticism is treated as moral disqualification. Pointing to fiscal costs, cultural incompatibilities, selection effects, crime data, or failed integration is routinely reframed as racism, xenophobia, or worse.

This functions as a shield: it raises the personal cost of scrutiny, protects budgets and policies from normal democratic debate, and keeps the ratchet moving in one direction. Genuine humanitarian concern exists and some aid saves lives; the industrial scale and political insulation do not follow automatically from that.

The result is a low-accountability transfer system that is hard to audit or reform because the framing equates skepticism with moral defect. Similar dynamics appear in other large public-spending domains, but the combination of moral urgency + transnational flows + identity taboos makes this one especially sticky.

I wait for the oneliners trying to dismiss this with their usual BS...

Governments can stop this if they really want to. Look at Poland for example. They decided no immigrants and that is what they have managed to do. Like everything there has to be the will before the way can be decided upon.

Polish people lived under communism, they learned their lesson. EU is Soviet Union 2.0. Many Eastern European countries do NOT want to have illegals roaming around (nobody should). EU however is trying to force them to take in under their stupid schemes to "share the burden".

If it's a burden why to do it in the first place???

Insanity.
