  1. So much for a party who claims they are a Law and order party. Starting to sound like Trump is trying to use the "Don't you know who I am" tactic...
  2. Already moved ourselves. Using the house in Hua Hin for family vacations, not just us but our kids. 3months here, 3 months back to the US, rinse and repeat.
  3. It boils down to thing - Thai Societies preoccupation with saving FACE......
  4. So far off the truth you are and you have bought the lies associated from those dismissing Covid as a nothing burger. I know many who died and some had no underlying conditions, but yet still refused to be vaccinated prior or seeking treatment until they were needing to be hospitalized. Like any virus it can and will affect folks differently......and being asymptomatic is being a carrier who can Infect others.
  5. Far from a cold Sir, and no it's not the flu either.....
  6. Wore a nice pair of golfing pants and a polo shirt, dressed like I do for Informal business meetings.
  7. You do realize that a 10 year LTR visa is cheaper then obtaining 10 years of a Non Imm O visa or OA visa right? Plus you don't need to keep money in a Thai bank as well as you obtain a multi re-entry permit......no sicker parting with there money here. Move along....your obviously upset you can not obtain one....
  8. So your posts are just sour grapes. Haters will always be haters.....
  9. What rechecking of qualifications must be done yearly. You're going down that rabbit hole...its a.....wait for it........5 year requalificatiin
  10. Good lord, it's the little duck yelling the "Sky is Falling".....as always there are those who love drama
  11. Your misinformed Sir. Rules on taxes for this visa are set by BOI and in a Royal Decree.
  12. Your wildly misinformed Sir. No hassles at all and your annual report date does not change if your in the country....no extra money required. If you travel in and out that one year reporting date changes just like a 90 day would. No running back and forth, clear and straight forward with BOI being a charm to work with. The LTR visa assures no taxes are collected in your pension remitted to Thailand either, or any monies from previous years.
  13. No need to file an annual if your constantly traveling in and out as your 1 year resets upon each entry.
  14. No issues, and no hassles at all. Your Income is also not taxable with an LTR-P visa. All above board and nothing hidden. In the grand scheme of things, if you travel back and forth living here half time or whatever, it's still cheaper than obtaining a Non "O" or "OA" visa over a ten year period. Easy to file the annual report as well, instead of doing 90 days, but if you travel in and out an annual report to immigration will never truly be needed. No extra fees either
