Has anyone recently obtained a non imm 'O' multi entry (12 month) visa from Penang, by showing a Thai birth certificate for their baby?

I have to go next month to renew again, only this time I havn't got a wedding certificate to show; My divorce finally went through last month after five years of hastle!

The indian agent on the corner by the Swiss hotel normally gets it for me, but I'm not sure if I wouldn't be better off turning up at the embassy myself this time...

Any guidance appreciated :o
