Who uses earplugs & what kinds would you recommend?

Looked in stores (Boots etc), but not much choice.

Thinking foam rather than silicone.

Brought a box of 500 Laser Lite from the US foam type. Before used to pick up some at the pharmacies, and you’re correct, not many choices. Only use them because the wife has different odd hours and tend to get noisy.

Homepro has some or Laz/Shopee 3M brand.

The 3M orange foam ones are very effective, you have to roll them thinly then hold in the ear for 10 seconds or so then release, they expand and suddenly silence

Lazada 'Mac's' are supposed to be very good.........just ordered some for cutting /strimming the grass.

If you're looking to block low frequency bass notes.....good luck.....nothing stops those.
