The problem is Thai gov doesn’t have an intervention system in place in identifying/rating dangerous/aggressive dogs and have legal ability to seize these dogs to put down/rehab these dogs they prefer to leave it loosey goosey and do nothing constructively to manage dog attacks… so it falls back to all the parties involved to deal with compensation, ownership and dog management I think it reflects poorly on the Thai culture this mai bpen rai attitude as there are no guidelines or regulations or legal system intervention at least try to manage this type of incident

Congratulations you have made it to your current age… my best advice is to read Dr Dean Ornish’s book - Reversing Heart Disease it will answer all your questions and which path you should take given your situation bottom line is it’s all about your condition of your arteries and daily stress management and not about blood test numbers, what meds you are taking or am I doing 60 minutes of cardio a day… good luck

Are people not allowed to burn? I see it all around our rice land whether fields or in their villages at home burning garbage... I didn't they know they had regulations...Why doesn't the gov post how many people fined and how much they have collected in fines? The system is a joke...no intention of stop the steal I mean stop the burning...The gov tolerates the burning and then acts like they are trying to stop and can't with pre-determined built in excuses

Midnight vs 4am? Proof reading required as to the victim’s blame game, because we live in a male dominated world, women need to take extra precautions around time, where, alcohol consumption, group travel, attire etc… it is the reality of our world of Neanderthals that dominate the landscape at every corner from boardrooms to dating apps to religious gatherings to public transportation to isolated nature spots to fraternity geeks masquerading as college students -
Thai wildfires rage across 10 provinces in northern Thailand
cardinalblue replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I think it is hard for the gov to estimate what % of land are planned burns and what % of land becomes a wildfire (unplanned and out of control... The problem is these farmers/forest burners are ill equipped to control their burns as nature always bat last..obviously, they are telling gov when they are burning so fires get out of control quickly Here is a silly question - Are the burners held accountable for fires? Fires are expensive in terms of human/animal health effects and air pollution Tragic situation... -

Fragile egos where nothing substantially improves in the long run... Not processing criticism whether right or wrong is a culture stuck in a 3rd world mentality of status quo and stagnation Reviews are nothing but opinions....can learn a lot from them actually. need to embrace the mindset of each day trying to build a better mouse trap vs we can do no wrong -
Who rented the kayaks to them? Are they not part of the registration process? they mean well but lack higher cognitive abilities? Why not renting kayaks activate an automatic registration process With today’s technology damn easy to set up and monitor who/where people are doing water activities especially rentals… another level but require all water activities must register in order to capture the local owner market… pure laziness and/or w/o problem solving capabilities…no excuses
