    I have been here long and I have knowledge about IT Security and Compliance. You are responsible for the security of your own computer or phone, that isn't a problem for an external party. They need to keep their Application secure but can't help you if your login data is available for outsiders.

    I don't have an expat kid but enrolling in a Thai university should be good for 4 years of Education visa. After that a job should be possible.

    Once pawned it is secondhand, there could be scratches etc. You will not have then when buying new. Secondhand things are cheaper than new things.
