This is certainly not the reason tourists are not here. Tourism is seasonal, Russians are having problems at home, and thousands of immigrants are coming into European towns. The normal 5 victims...customers..of jet skis don't do squat. The sky is not falling and the tourists will return like the swallows of Capistrano. I don't think the jet ski problem affects many thais except when their scam money is cut off.
