I only know BY AIR ... but the bilateral agreement bewteen Thailan and Russia says no visa for both nationality when entering the country. Thai dont need Visa for Russia, except when they want to work.

Maybe a good time for Thailand to invest money in rail and trains ....

Those politicians have no idea about reality , they are comfortable in their A/C car with drivers .... sometime with police escort .... The problem is those bus companies belong to friends of friends of friends of politician mostly.

Regarding Thai airways , the government should invest a huge amount of money in new aircraft , new business class ( that brings the cash) etc .... I dont fly with Thai Air for years because of their lousy biz class service and crazy high prices. There is so much better and cheaper.

Why doesn't Thailand just ban tourists from going to Phuket? Problem solved! And no one has answered my question from another post on this issue. What country requires medical insurance as a requirement to obtain a visa?

Russia for instance , European Shengen states also. If you want to go to France as Thai , you need an insurance which will cover your entire trip.

Yeah blame the tourists , its always easier like this.
