He still didnt see the dog so he need his eyes tested
So youve asked him then? I wouldnt get out either, you are likely to get hit by another vehicle. If its on a corner entrance another car comes along and bang. Your fault for stopping!

And what of the dog owners? How many of them leave their dogs to wander in the road to cause accidents. One of the biggest dangers to life and limb on Thai roads to motorcyclists is dogs.

Was at Bkk Chiang Mai earlier this week and saw a promotion board that said, entire new knew only 250,000 baht---there were other details provided, but, as i was not in the market for a new knee, i did not read them, but might be worth checking out if it interests you.
Thank you very much

Just been in the Ram and told I need new knee. Available for 400,000B! I am visiting Sripat on Monday to see their price.

If you had 40 million Baht to give away I am sure you would already own many Rai already. They mooted land for foreigners in 1997, was 3 or 5 Rai I cannt remember, with no such qualification. This will be forgotten about just as quickly.

If I could understand that gibberish I might be able to give a better reply. You started off with racing bike and a racing helmet. What by the way is a racing helmet? If a helmet is suitable for racing then it will be a high spec and not a 50B Tesco special. You then try and quote the bikes top speed. I merely point out that has no relevance. Only the speed and manner of its being driven/ridden has any bearing. Apparently both car and bike were fitted with cameras (as are mine) so perhaps it would be wise to see if any footage comes to light before trying to fit any of it around your agenda. The only video currently available is not clear enough except yo show the bike was traveling at a sensible speed.

I don’t think its so much blindly defending the British as it is opposing the blind stupidity in some of your comments....
Precisely!

Yes, it has, but you are probably British and blindly defend all like a true patriot.
The naximum speed of any vehicle has no relevance. It is the speed and manner it is being ridden/driven that is relevant. Welcome to planet Earth.

So? What has the max speed ( which is about 180) got anything to do with this case? What was the max speed of the car that caused the accident!. If it was a racing bike it would be capable of 300 which again has no bearing on the accident has it?

Nope, you are digging a bigger hole for yourself. It's a CB500X, not a fast bike, a very practical bike. You never mentioned the car. Too big and powerful for the driver?

1 hour ago, Gottfrid said:No, it's not true! There are rules for how to deal with different situations. If you are on a main road, the drivers from the side roads have to stop and look. If you are on a crossing with roads considered same value, all have to stop, behind the line if existing, and look for free passage. If there is no line, then you have to make up one in your mind. After that you have traffic lights or a turn coming from the left hand side to watch out for.
However, RIP Keith! Nobody should need to go like that, doing what they love. Regarding 83 year old, and still driving a race bike with a race helmet, that is to me somewhat irresponsible to himself. At that age, you will no longer have the necessary reflexes, even if you think you have. We do not know who is at fault really, even if the news sounds like siding with the biker. My believe, is also that the woman driving the car went out without looking. The problem, though, was the old bike racer speeding so that is the main reason for not have the possibility to react or brake in time? There is actually a clause in the driving law, that states you should use caution, which also means you should have time to give the people who happens to do wrong free passage if possible. That, is only possible if not speeding.
Looks more like an Adventure style bike to me.. very few racing style bikes around these days.

He said the agency wants to introduce an identity card for expats, helping to distinguish them from tourists so they will be charged the same price as locals.
Why did you stop accepting the 5/10 year driving licenses then?

New speed limits for stretches as short as 440m?!
Does that "close gaps"?
What is the max speed of a worn out Diesel truck?
How good are your brakes?

The focsle is a handy storage space. Its a bind walking aft to collect paint. Not being a dedicated space for paints, poor ventilation. Spark from the anchor starter unit. Just a thought. RIP

I wonder what his plan B will be?
Some years ago (70s I think) someone else tried that in a converted wardrobe and a shed load of rice headed for India. He got picked up whilst still in the River Thames!

So no follow up or comeback at all.?
Is this the norm or were you just lucky.?
And how many days did it take before you tested negative, or just felt better.?
Sorry about the questions but I got curious.
Nope, nothing at all. I was feeling much better by the time they hauled me into that hospital. The tablet course was 10 days and by then I was clear. No idea if that was the norm. I've never been locked up in a hospital before!

I tested positive a couple of months ago at a private hospital. I elected to home quarantine with all the meds required. Three days later I was told I had to report to a Government hospital to be assessed for suitability to home quarantine. I ended up in a room with 14 other people including 2 babies. If I didnt already have it.......pity the poor babies. The room was locked by security. No one could leave and no staff with information. After 4 hours we were trooped off for a chest x-ray. Over the next 3 houre whilst held prisoner. I had a couple of communications that there was a problem with the x-ray and they wanted to keep me in for a week. I was quite forthright in telling them I wasnt staying anywhere that treated patients like prisoners. They said they had q solution that involved me signing....,.,,,I stopped her there .....,, signing nothing. Eventually after 7 hours security opened the door to let someone in. I walked out. When safely in my car I phoned them back and told them I had my own solution. I have left!
I believe that fits in with your first concern!

Have you tried the BEV store, the official DJI dealer per chance? Bizpoint 10 off the 121 leaving town left hand side just before the middle ring road behind the Goodview Village.

Get a free trial with a VPN and see if it helps, also try with your 4g connection (set up a hotspot from your mobile), that way you can rule out the connection excuse
From what you describe though it's probably your supplier's server that's too busy ie too many users..
There is no need for a VPN. There is no problem with internet speeds jitter and losses as described in the original post. The suppliers have finally provided a believable reason which does not include my equipment or my neighbour's equipment.
