    Happened to me, I received a random 'small' deposit into my account.... soon after I am getting calls from someone crying over the phone in Thai and I had no idea what it was about, They talked to my wife and she dismissed them as scammers, until I told her, yes I had received the money. (Yes I sent it back!)

    And no amount of sanctimonious garbage will override the fact that they are temperamentally flawed, prone to jealousy and are a physically very strong and capable breed. If you want a companion that brings back sticks or slippers, look elsewhere. I would suggest if you have small children, you do not consider them. They are a working dog, not a pet.

    You messed up the quote... but I most certainly had an insurance premium go up after I had made a claim... they added a 5% surcharge for one year( it might have been 2). Perhaps policies vary.

    On the other side of Father Ray's,, ie on Sukhumvit, there are no such markings, and I suggest disabled people do not use it as it is dodgy even in a truck! A pedestrian bridge over Sukhumvit was built especially for them to cross over, it had a lift fitted inside. I have often wondered if that even still works.

    I am presuming this was Wednesday night. I was woken up by very very heavy rain 3-4 times. In the morning it looked like 4 inches at least had fallen. That would be some serious dangerous weather to be riding a bike home.

    The condo could issue a memo to residents warning them, and from then on, it is up to the vehicle owners to suffer the consequences.... but therein lies the issue...the won't be any. The condo does not own the street here.

    Well it was not specifically mentioned that I saw....if they were new wires being put in for some lighting, and the other end was also stuck up in the air, it is a brouhaha about nothing! That doesn't mean I would want to stick my tongue to one to check like an old PP9 battery!

    The beach is pretty flat already. They need to set out the rules wrt vendors.... we all hate the pesky hawkers but need a cold drink, a beer, or snack now and again!

    And paint.... pretty much all rad markings are a waste of paint. Lane markings are completely ignored, I wonder if many know they are even there.

    Hardly unusual and difficult to resolve, as the authorities have usually received a pay-off. The added concern is retaliation when they find out who is complaining.

    Kuwait does not really perform such executions, the last being in 2017, that reputation is really the neighbour to the South. Inexperience with alcohol and some arrogance likely.... get them deported after a while in the cells.
