Street racing is everywhere and young thais go to shops to improve the scooters.I brought 1 used it was raised at the back,also they is a speed custom shop in pattaya and he does well doing them up for the owners.They will never stop racing and the police know where and when to catch them.I brought mine because it was higher and as a farang that works for me,not for the speed that is for sure -
