I have no idea how the new full body scanners at Swampy work, but while reading through the other replies something occurred to me.
When you go for an Xray, the technician leaves the room and goes behind a protective wall, the scanners at the airport have people standing all around and up close to them, assumably for hours on end, that would suggest that it is not the normal radiation being emitted from them that you get from medical Xray's, wouldn't you think ??? -
The reason you can't do the online is you must be no more than 7 days prior to the reporting date for it to work, I found that out the hard way.

With all of that she should be ok, the thing they look for the most is a reason to make her return to Thailand, you didn't mention any children, but if she has any that will also go in her favour.

I cannot believe the amount of people who think that an underpass on the top of a hill can flood, either end of it is another story all together though. -
I use it all the time and have only had one problem and that was the first time I used it, the lady at the Immigration branch I use in Jomtien told me she had no idea why it was rejected, as she had approved it, we both came to the conclusion that I had used my address exactly as they have it in their system, after rectifying that I have never had a problem with it since.
I also have no problems completing it using Firefox.
The one thing I would ask you is this, have you been given a reporting slip with the barcode on it, until you get that it won't work for you. -

I am in the same boat as you, I'm an Aussie and my daughter has dual nationality, but she was born in Thailand, I have taken her home to Oz twice now and always leave Thailand on the Thai Passport, Aussie passport in and out of Oz and Thai passport to enter back in at Bangkok, not had a problem.

When my daughter was born, a Thai solicitor I was dealing with told me that she could indeed hold dual citizenship, but when she turned 21 she would have to make the decesion what nationality she wanted to be.
However I know a few guys here whose kids hold dual citizenship that are older than 21 and they have all said that their kids have never been forced or even asked to make that decision.

If you are on Farcebook, do what I do and create an event, but make it private, it will remind you 7 days prior, stops me forgetting about it.
I changed mine recently and I make the event date 2 weeks before the reporting date, as I now do it online.- 2

When my daughter was born, I did all of the paperwork for her so that I could get her Aussie Citizenship, something that the Australian Government allows if one of the parents is an Australian citizen, Citizenship by Descent is the title they give it.
While organising the paperwork a Thai solicitor told me that when she turns 21 she will be required to make the decision, "Which nationality" does she want to keep.
I have since been told that it is not something that they seem to enforce. -
Gents,
I missed out trying to do the online reporting for my last one, as it was implemented inside of a week to go and I believe that you have to do it at least 14 days from the due date.
Anyhoo, I went into Pattaya immigration to do the last time and they were scanning everyone's passports that were reporting, prior to that I had never been given the opportunity to do the paperless reporting that had been going on for the last year or so.
After the woman did mine, I said to her that I would do it online from then on and she intimated that now my passport had been scanned into the system I would be able to do it online, that suggested to me that if you have not yet done a paperless reporting, you will not be in the system for online reporting.Only guessing on that, but perhaps there is some truth to that.

I did exactly what you want to do last year at Jomtien, they made me come back the next day and collect my passport and then go stand in the queue and apply for the reentry permit.
So unless something has changed then the answer to your question is no.
I was in there last Wednesday to renew my retirement extension and everything has been moved around in there, the seating is all down the centre of the room and the service desks are all around the walls, thought I was in the wrong place at first and I had to come back next day to collect my passport, same as last year. -

Most of the "Dory" fillets are not dory at all, but Catfish, to me they taste like mud or at least the filthy ponds they are reared in, I'm lucky and live close to the coast, I use fresh reef fish for my crumbed fish & chips hit.
For anyone that doesn't believe the Dory - Catfish claim, then check your fillets, if they look like the fillet below, then it is Catfish, Dory is a clean white fillet without the distinctive blood lines running all through it.Dory looks like this

The A$ bottomed out at 21.? in 2008 just after the crash, it went from just on 33 to that low in a matter of 2 or 3 weeks, had me telling my wife I wasn't sure how much longer I could afford to live here, since then we have had a child (not planned) and my cost of living here has gone up 50%, not looking good for the future if it keeps nose diving.
I bring cash over Monthly, because that is how I get it, I brought some over last week when I saw an unexpected spike in the exchange rate the day the Australian inflation figures were released, I managed to get 25.8+ for the TT- 1

Back home in Australia where I come from, the state of Queensland more precisely, they had a massive inquiry into the Police force and corruption 25 years ago, that went on for quite a while, the net result of it all was that the Police Minister, the Police Commissioner and a few other high ranking coppers all went to jail for their efforts.
Another major point made by the inquiry was that they believed the police were underpaid and it fostered a corrupt force, ie: pay them well and then they will have no reason or excuse to be corrupt.
The same applies here, they pay their own way through the police college, they buy their own uniforms and weapons, although they do get a gun allowance, the higher the rank the higher the allowance. They ride their own motor bikes around and presumably buy their own fuel and as previously mentioned get paid a pittance.
Now if that is not a scenario for the breeding of corruption, then I don't know what is, pay them to go to college, supply their uniforms and pay them a decent wage, then they have no excuse to be corrupt, jail the ones who won't play the game and it will eventually sort itself out.
I was told by a volunteer copper I used to know a good while back that, unlike back home in the west, the fines dished out don't go into consolidated revenue, it goes into a pot and is divided up at the station by rank at the end of each month, at the time he told me that (7 or 8 years ago), he said watch them, they will be out in force the last 2 weeks of each month, hitting up all and sundry for anything they can think of, these days it seems to be every week, times must be tough.
It will never stop until they address these issues.- 8

I went home to Australia at the end of September, for a very quick 4 day visit and I just never had the time to get up to see my little buddy, wish the hell I had now.
Not long after I got back tp Thailand my ex emailed me and told me that she had taken him to the vet and he had a fairly large inoperable tumor.
A few weeks after that, she emailed me again and said that he had not come when she called him just on dark, (it is a 4 1/2 acre property) and she had had a quick look around but couldn't find him.
The next morning she found him curled up between the water tanks, he had died in his sleep, I have to admit it brought a tear to my eyes and it is again as I type this, I so dearly wish I had been able to find the time to go see him, he always went crazy whenever I did, wouldn't leave my side while I was there and looked to terribly sad when I left.
Dogs are such good pets and it is always so sad to loose a long time "Little Buddy"- 5

Com Bank slugs you very, very, hard for cash advances on their credit cards, much better off doing internet transfers to a Thai Bank account, fee wise that is.

Sorry for being a dumb yank, but what exactly is a "short pitched delivery"?
The delivery part I understand, but the term "short pitched" has me confused.
Unlike baseball, the ball is supposed to bounce off the pitch before arriving at the batsmen, a short pitched delivery would be somewhere in the vicinity of 10-12 metres from the batsmen and at somewhere in the range of 130-150 kph. The pitch is 22 yards long, approx 20 metres.
The ball rises sharply from the pitch and if directed at the batsman he either ducks and allows it to pass through to the keeper or attempts to play at it.
Hope that helps you understand.

I was having some health issues a while back and it was suggested that I "May" have a fatty liver.
It was also suggested that I clean out my liver by taking SAMARIN 140, it is pretty much a natural product in that it is made from an extract of the Milk Weed plant.
I bought some and took 2 tablets a day, 1 morning and 1 at night for a month, later extending that for 3 months at 1 a day on Doctor's advice.
For about 3 or 4 days after I started taking it, everything that passed out of me was either a dark colour or stunk to high heaven, that suggested to me that it was all the gunk coming out of my liver and I fealt much better for it, it is relatively cheap and readily available at most pharmacies.
Give it a go, nothing ventured, nothing gained and from what I have read it won't do you any harm.
PS: I am a light drinker and generally only drink low alcohol beer when I do drink.

Who can be sure that some lovely western women in her late 20's or early 30's at some stage wasn't a hooker, (see the scenario below) ????
There are plenty of well educated Thai girls with respectable jobs, who resorted to "Hawk the Fork" to make ends meet from time to time, while they go to uni etc etc, so do they fall into the filthy bar tart category as well and how would you know if that had been the case ????

At Makro they will mince a piece of Beef of your choice, if you ask them nicely.
I was making Beef pies for a while and that's what I was doing, selecting a piece of meat and having them mince it, that way you get to decide what is in it and how much fat is in it as well, you need some, or it will be too dry tasting. -
I have noticed while driving on the motorways here, that the use of the indicator to change lanes, means only one thing, get out of the way, I'm coming whether you like it or not, otherwise they don't indicate, they just drift in and out of lanes like there are no line markings at all.
I had a guy in a Merc yakking on his phone do it to me the other day, he was right beside me, just turned on his indicator and started moving over, they don't even bother to look before they do it.

I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter and I agree completely with the OP.
I find that Thai women have an extremely short fuse and it is no different when it comes to motherhood, my wife goes rank at our daughter much to my disgust, but that won't change.
I cannot convince her, that her violent tirades don't help the situation one bit, when the daughter is crying and very distressed, personally I have never been a hitter.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter speaks English, Thai and Esaan and switches between them very easily and is often complimented on how well she does speak, occasionally someone who doesn't know how old she is, asks her age and then looks surprised when I say she is only 2 1/2.
She speaks to me in English with the odd Thai word like Chang thrown in there, but automatically speaks Thai and Esaan with my wife or other Thais.
She also seems very inquisitive and is always asking what things are and when she is told what something is she normally will remember it first time she is told.
