Can I go for Non O extension (Marriage) at CW 45 days before my Non O visa expires? I have always done it 2 weeks before but this time I am planning an overseas trip a few weeks after the expiry date and want to make sure the 30 days "under consideration" will be before the trip Thanx to all

Can confirm, that for the past 3 years, CW accepted a bank letter dated the day before. Update bank book on day of appllcation This was for a Non O marriage extension
