They don't have to exact. The re-entry permit will be good for you to return anytime on or before the date your current permission to stay expires.
How about if I get a flight out earlier after I have obtained the re entry visa date I leave
-
Hi I'm just filling in the form to apply for a single re entry visa
The form asks for the date of departure and the date of return.
Does anyone know if these dates have to be exact, and fixed as I may decide to return early

I think a good start would be to make any open burning illegal.
Thats burning rubbish that everyone does in their back yard or on the street.
Crearing land of stubble after harvesting is a big problem too.
Make a reward available to anyone reporting field burning or a smoky truck or bus or old desiel ute.
And enforce pollution laws.
Every evening I smell plastic burning gives off cyanide fumes

Most unlikely, it's generally Airasia and other regional flights. OP probably doesn't have any other option than a travel agent - online bookings require credit or debit cards.
Could I use someone else's debit card and what are the procedure for that I heard something about it but can't remember

I'm sure the baby is just as good a driver as the father

The defence are trying to claim the victim was high on Yaba. Personally I don't care what he may or may not have been on. It is no justification for a gang of able bodied men to assault and kill a cripple. They are a bunch of animals, thinking their fathers positions would protect them from a heinous and brutal attack. A clear message needs to be sent out from this senseless and tragic assault. No one is above the law and if those who are found guilty need to die to ensure that message is understood, so be it.
Their fathers position will most likely protect them

When arriving at Bangkok airport in November take extra care to fill the number of the re-entry permit in the departure card (in the visa field) and point to the re-entry permit at the checkpoint.
Check that you got the admitted until stamp until February (when your extension ends) immediately after the checkpoint.
Just looking at my last departure card and there doesn't appear to be a "visa field" just name date of birth passport number nationality and flight number

Just show both passports on arrival. they will stamp the new passport. On your arrival card where they ask for visa number write the re-entry number. You will then apply for a new extension of stay in February. When you return to your home go to your local Immigration and transfer your extension of stay to your new passport. It should be free. Depending where you live you may also require a new TM30 within 24 hours of your arrival.
after they have transferred my extension into the new passport i assume i then have to return to the immigration again at the beginning of February and re-apply for another year extension is that correct ?
if so will my extension then run from February to February each year
-
hi my old / existing passport will expire the end of February 2018
i have just obtained my retirement extension in July 2017
the immigration has stamped it until the passport expires the end of February so i need to apply again the beginning for February
if i get a re-entry permit then return to the uk in August and obtain a new passport and return in November what will happen when i arrive at bangkok air port
i will have a blank new passport and my cancelled old passport with the re-entry permit and my extension still in it
