My wife has a property that she rents out the tenant is behind with the rent and refuses to move out.

Can anyone tell me the legal procedure to evict them, I stress the point legal procedure.

HSBC expat offers 50k protection but minimum balance of 60k which leaves 10k unprotected

Investec you have to have a large annual income so that's out for me.

Why should the British government do anything to help their subjects especially the much hated non residents

If the ‘hardline Brexiteers’ in the cabinet sense there is enough public outrage to challenge the PM they’ll break ranks.

 

If they do not, Brexit will get softer.
