If the booking number is legit you can find details of your booking on the airlines website, and download your itinirary also.
If it's not legit my condolences.

I always have my suitcase wrapped.
Since it's harder to identify my suitcase at arrival, I carry a permanent marker and write my name in BIG letters on both sides of the suitcase.
I don't think that anyone will go through the trouble of copying that.

Thank you Yermanee
Do you think it needs to be so long?
Use it or don't use it but don't change it, is my advice.

Install a valve between bum gun and mains so you can adjust water pressure.

How can they confiscate A neckleace that you've had for 10 years.I've never heard of customs confiscating jewelry that you wear.I mean unless your wearing Lets say 10 neckleaces. My point how would they know how long that you've owned it?
For any item over a certain value (differs as per country) customs have the right to ask for proof of purchase. If not provided or purchased out of the country you will have to pay.

You may be overripe, yermanee, but you're not that old!
I came to Thailand in 1991, so can hardly challenge the real old-timers. But I first visited Thailand in 1957.
Oops ! 1986 but at least the month and the date were correct

I can hear the mod's thinking "Here we go again"
Surprised the "Racist" angle came up only on the 9th post and not earlier.
Tourists get fleeced all over the world.

Fly to Schiphol (AMS) from Bangkok return and then book separately with any of the many different low-cost airlines single to Leeds and single LHR/AMS.
Will be the cheapest. You have the choice of many airlines either direct to Amsterdam or with stopover in one of the middle east airports.

Beware of the stamps, last time I went to Jomtien to get a re-entry they stamped the wrong date into my passport so it looked like I had overstayed 10 days when I tried to fly out to Cambodia from Don Muang. Luckily I met a nice immigration official there who first wanted me to pay for the overstay but finally phoned Chonburi and they corrected the date at the airport. I almost missed my flight . Next time I will do this at the airport.
Always check the stamps at ANY point.
They make the mistake and you have the problem.

Just noticed that the title of this topic should have been Lavazza.
Sorry for that.

It's a guess, but Benjamit coffee in the Buakhao Market square might just have decaf. I buy my ground coffee there and it's usually pretty good. Very popular coffee bar if the number of Italians and other Europeans there are any indication.
Thanks for the tip. I've tried a decaf there once. Unfortunately not to my taste.

I'm almost positive I've seen in in Makro. It's the only decaf they sell. Not cheap.
You are right, the others are pretty bland. I get some strong regular coffee and mix in about 1/4 to help spice it up a bit! 5555
I've brought an espresso machine from Europe and some good coffee also, but my twice yearly trips to the home country have now been reduced to once only.
I'm allowed one cup a day (sometimes cheating ) so the expense is no big hurdle since one pack of 250 gr lasts about a month.
I refuse however to switch to coffee pods because that's the biggest scam in the world nowadays (there's only 8 to 9 grams of coffee in one pod ).
OK I'll try Makro thanks for the tip.

Hi guys,
Hope you can help.
For health reasons I can only drink decaffeinated coffee. Unfortunately most decaf coffees I have tried are much to bland for my taste, and can only be had grounded.
I was told that Lavazza Dek is pretty good but I can't seem to find it and don't want to order online.
Does anyone know where in Pattaya ? (Big C extra and Foodland no hap)
Thanks beforehand for any good tip .

A friend of mine who's a bit of a cheapskate flew with them last year to Europe.
Immediately after his arrival he cancelled the return.
Yermanee
What would be the reason to cancel a return flight? As far as I know, no refund is possible if the outboung leg was taken anyway.
One of the reasons was (amongst others) that he arrived in Moscow with puke from the passenger sitting next to him all over his trousers.
Yermanee
Is that the fault of the airline?
Would you run the risk again after such an experience ?
And does it matter who's to blame.
My friend decided it was his own fault in booking with Aeroflot after having been advised not to.

I've used these guys for many years now, for me, friends and neighbours. Never a hitch.
Maybe a tad more expensive but good drivers and good cars.
