yes it is a lease, and yes 30000 is extreme, a house has 4000 bht yearly maintenance, and this appartment 30k

I visited suan sawarn today personally for the first time. There were 2 guys working there.

But what a disaster!. The rooms are so tiny. You can hardly turn around inside.

It is claustrophobic for god sake.

I am posting some pictures later i took, but oh boy was i dissapointed. I guess the total sq meters must be 26 in 2 levels, i measured the bottom it must be like 16 sqm and top around 8 or 10

and it is so far away from everything!

Where can i get local fruit sellers, in bangkok i could find them in every corner, but here, only tescto with overpriced stuff

for example 2 mangos for 70 bht

in bkk i could get better mangos like 10 of them for 100 bht

i need to find fresh market, i am not here to support greedy supermarket companies

I got this offer, very nice room, 35 sq m furnished for like half a mil

but you can only lease it through company

and there are like 30000 costs per year

is this worth it, can somebody explain me if it is risky to lease an appartment

it is a one storey building with many appartments inside around 20 i think

so I guess it is 95% safe to won a house, i just want to live the rest of my 40 years in piece. I dont care what happened to my house after ha ha

with rent you are loosing money, i need to invest somehow, the house or condos are the safest options for me

if you walk you have near few places for like 6000 small rooms, but you need to rent long term like 6 months, on nut has many options, but as i said, you need to walk a bit

i paid 13000 plus costs, total 18000 per month for 45 sq m room, but it was worth it, attracted chicks like moths are attracted to light, the receptionists were saying behind m back, oh he is bringing a new girl again .....
