It is either or ....800k or 65k per month income. It is rare, but I have heard of Immigration being kind to some applicants.

The Thai Consulate in Dallas is very user friendly...chat to them

Where are you presently located and what is your nationality?
Because of her age, your daughter will have to apply for her own visa to " visit relatives " An O class Non Immigrant visa
-
You had a chance if you had been creative about investing in Thailand ........that letter might have convinced them of your bona fides. Accept the single Non O and go to Immigration in Bkk with all paper and seek a 12 month extension of that single entry visa so as to take care of your Thai family. You will need to show a Thai bank account with at least 200,000 baht credit.

Employers think they are getting better value if they employ graduates, and there are many many grads looking for work. Without formal qualifications how does any prospective employer know the extent of your knowledge and ability ?

Females have had the right to hold dual citizenship for a very long time. Males were given the same rights a few years ago by regulation so it isn't enshrined in legislation. Any competent
Thai lawyer can source the information and give you a letter confirming your legal status. It stands to reason that both of your countries are aware of your situation, and nevertheless issue you with passports.
