Simple answer is no, Android apps will not run on a windows computer, actually not on anything except an android device.

But you can download and emulator as tasout said. I use Nox, it is free and relatively ad free. You start Nox and then can download apps into Nox and use them there. You do need some disc space and a reasonable computer to run smoothly.

I am going to take a guess that it will link up with the sports watch. You can only suck it and see.

Top floor can be nosier.  I hear concerts from some way away, often very loud. When I go down to the ground floor I can not hear them as other buildings block the noise. Of course you don't get many concerts out at sea, at least not for long.

If anyone misuses inheritance money, spending it wrong, giving to the wrong person etc they are personally liable, but better to stop any distribution before it happens than try to get money back later.

My wife's visa is as a dependent on my retirement visa.

Last year I asked about her getting her own retirement visa and they said at time of renewal provided she has the money in the bank or proof of income just come in with the normal papers and she will get her own retirement visa.

Could the OP (or rather his wife) do that?

The biggest stumbling block I see is that the income or money in the bank will not be seasoned.

Everyone to their own opinion. Personally whilst apple stuff can be very good and high spec any repairs are expensive as is the original equipment.

Yes, a lot of the no name Chinese stuff is never updated, but you can buy a new tablet every 6 months and save money.

Also I do not like the control apple has over "your" tablet. Google is bad enough but apple is impossible.

I have been very happy with my Chinese tablets. For the OP put in the spec I gave in the 2nd post on Aliexpress and too many tablets are listed. There should be no tax into Thailand, but only delivery by ordinary post, not DHL or whoever.

Bought this a couple of months ago off AliExpress for US $100, is that B3,000? Sure there must be similar on Lazada for a quicker delivery. I am very happy with it. Maybe a more expensive tablet has a better CPU but I'm in no rush. More expensive stuff have better camera, NFC etc etc but these basic tablets have GPS, WiFi, BlueTooth ad alike.

Just a comment on booking business if two of you - some airlines do not have two seats together or only a limited number of them.

Finnair has herringbone layout so the double seats in the middle have your feet together but your heads miles apart and a big screen between. OK if you have just had a row ........... Best to sit on opposite sides of the isle if you do want to chatter.

Emirates have only a few seats that enable you to talk together without leaning forward and round a bulkhead. Of course you can go to the bar to chatter.

They want letter from the bank, copies of your bank book (and take original just in case) AND the last 6 months statement. Costs 100 Baht in Bangkok bank and obtained in as long as they take to print the letter.

This is as of 3 weeks ago.

Or you can buy a full fare ticket with a major airline that has a full refund policy.

Mind, BA still charges a £15 fee for a fully refundable ticket ............. but that is cheaper than the tax out of Thailand.

It's too risky to invalidate our visa if we forget to apply and exit Thailand.

And, of course, not everyone leaves via an airport.

Consider the Operating system - do you want to be stuck with the proprietary Samsung or a Generic Android?

I have a Samsung and find the apps I can down load to be very restrictive and the ability to stream from my computer to be awkward. I feel android would have been better.

Just check gmail setting that you allow access from non-secure apps. That might solve your problem.

Best to use google to find out where the setting is as it is not very obvious and I have forgotten where it is..............

Not first class, you end up in a little compartment looking at a wall. Second class is much more interesting.

Changing driving from one side to the other is fine, at first.

Application form (TM7) - include your room number, condo name and mobile number
   Bank letter and Bank statement for last 6 months. (original not copy)

        (Bangkok bank produced both these in 20 minutes the day before for 200 Baht)
   Copy of bank book, cover page and the amount pages after it is updated by the bank. Mine is fixed deposit with no transactions all year.
    Passport -
        photo page,
        either original visa or visa transfer to new passport,
        last entry stamp,
        tm6,
        all extension stamps in the passport

    TM30
    90 day report.

    Terms and conditions forms (2 of them). This is new from outside immigration.

Foreign wife who has dependent visa
    Same papers but not bank instead certified marriage certificate signed by both husband and wife

    Application form (there is a new one on two sides of the page) (TM8) Download from 3rd entry on:

 Passport
        Photo page,
        last entry and TM6,
        latest extension of stay plus current one, ie to 2020 and to 2021.
        Original visa, or transfer stamp from old passport

Any experts on Daikin AC units?

A couple of years ago I had one installed, an FTKC18QV2S for 25,000 Baht.

I like it but can not find the same model, instead find two listed:

1. FTKM18SV2S at 41,000 Baht that seems the same but so much more expensive or
2. ATKC18TV2S at 31,000 Baht but no magic eye (to adjust heat setting if nobody in the room) and the inside unit is smaller.

Has the price gone up so much (15,000 Baht in 2 years)?

It's a Lenovo. Often happens.

If the battery is not used for some time it just refuses to charge. Often says you are using a non-Lenovo battery and it is refusing the charge.

Normally if left plugged for some time (a few days) the computer finally comes to it's senses and starts to charge. Can also help to remove the battery and put it back. Darn pest of a thing.

Qatar are not going to get passengers for this flight until they fix their booking system.

Far as I know the sticker runs from Thai new year to Thai new year, ie 15 April to 14 April. Hence apply now and collect up to end of March. You can use it early, but not late.

You can use the receipt to collect your first sticker, not sure if they'd let you through every day, rather a pain to check.

Think they only flew the route for the Winter high season.

Won't it be open for a TM30 report? As it is on Saturday and Sunday.
