  1. I just did a transfer yesterday thru BMO for 5,000 CAD and it was already deposited into my KBank, I did it as a bill payment as it was $10 cheaper than interac payment. This is the confirmation from Wise
  2. Thanks. I am already back in Canada, and be in Bangkok July 10. I just got a single 90 day non imm-O visa yesterday, would that be suffix or would I have to get a 1 year extension?
  3. Did you need to show any type of Visa's or Extension? My 5 year Car license expires at the end of June, and I won't be returning until July 10th and only enter on Visa exempt, I am from Canada. Will they allow me to renew?
  4. I found if you use you Pink ID to register on dlt-elearning.com it will only be in Thai, but if you register with your foreign passport then it will give you the option of choosing English
  5. Yes, I do plan to have dealing with immigration, as I own a condo in Bangkok, and on one of my trips I will arrive Visa exempt but I will need to get an extension.
  6. I did my TM30 reporting online more than 7 days ago and it was successful. I tried to check so I can print it out but it will only allow me to go back 7 days from current date. I can a get a copy of my TM 30?
  7. I once took a taxi from Sukhumivt Soi 11 to 22 and the first taxi said no meter, so I took the taxi right behind him and followed him all the way to Soi 22 with nobody in his taxi.
  8. I found that hard to believe as my Thai wife and I were married in Canada 17 years ago 2006, and I got a one year multi Non O Visa from the Thai consulate in Vancouver as I was traveling back and forth for the first 4 years, then when I moved permanently to Thailand in 2010, I applied and received an Non O extension. The Process I had to do in Thailand was to go to the Canadian Embassy, get a statement that I am able to be married, went to MFA and got our Marriage License translated to Thai, the went to our local Amphur (Thong Lo) and registered our marriage, then I had no problem getting a Non O based on marriage extension.
  9. Check out bkkpool.com. There are several pool halls that have pool, and darts. There is also the Bangkok Pool League.

  11. You might have Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) checked, as some router/wifi routers doesn't like using that, I know that one of mine Wifi/router doesn't like it. Sometimes when you do a Windows 10 software update it will check the box. Go in Control Panel click on Network and sharing Center then on the top left corner click on change adapter settings, then right click on the connection you are using and chose properties, then scroll down to where it says Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and see if it's uncheck, then give it a try.
  12. This is the actually form that I fill out, and the Canadian Embassy types it out. income Verification.pdf
  13. This is the letter I get from the Canadian Embassy every year, they actually write it, and immigration has no problem with it.
  14. What Canada will do is put a stamp into your new passport stating that this is replacing your old passport.
  15. Does anyone knows of a medical clinic near the DLT at Sukhumvit Soi 99 (Bang Chak BTS), as that is close and easiest office to go to.
