  2. I think Thailand now have accepted 3 years IDL when having them in your home country. At least it was for me when I got one in Sweden
  3. Ouch! I just tried but apparently my email address is already registered so I need to use another email address. So what to do? Do I really need to fix a new email or is it possible to fix this in another way. For example deleting the old one?
  4. Great! I will do. Thanks for the information.
  5. Hi George, Unfortunately the newsletter stopped to come to me again! It worked well about one week. Should I subscribe again? I as because I am afraid that I will get 17 newsletter one day after subscribing all the time. Is it only me all the time or have others the same problem?
  6. All this power pole accidents... The power poles actually protects the people on the sidewalks from crazy Thai drivers.
  7. I think it was 4,5 hour after the crash and 20 mg goes away/hour. So if doing a test right away would probably show 100 mg.
  8. My wife had to pay 800 THB at Immigration in Bangkok as the TM30 registration did not work online. We went to the immigration for doing an 1-year extension when we found out the online registration haven´t work. Probably her fault. So we did pay the fine and then went on with the extension.
  9. Hello again, Just want to say that it works again now after subscribing. I have got one yesterday and one today ???? Thanks!
  10. Hi George, I have subscribed again now. I did that yesterday already but maybe that was to late for the newsletters from yesterday. And today is Sunday so no newsletter anyway. So we will see tomorrow. Thanks for the information. It is very much appreciated. Hopefully there will not come 2 newsletter now ????
  11. Is it just me not having the newsletter? Should I subscribe again?
  12. Me too, still no newsletter.
  13. Thanks Salerno ????
  14. Thanks, George????
  15. Maybe the closing is unplanned. I am still not having the newsletter. How about others?
  16. Here is a Greenpeace report attached about the air pollution in Thailand if someone is interested in reading more about this subject. the-burden-of-air-pollution-in-thailand_2021.pdf
  17. OK good to know that it is not just me. Hopefully the server will be up and running again soon. Thanks.
  18. Hi, I just wonder if there is problem with sending the newsletter? Or is it maybe public holiday? I have not got it since yesterday morning. That was the last one. Best Regards Captor
  19. I have read about this subject that time when I bought our Coway air purifiers. The coway filters where with the Hepa 12 standard ad the Xiaomi only where Hepa 11. Not big difference but I still want the best concidering particles (ex. PM 2.5) goes into the blood via the lungs. Not care about the costs if I can live 10 year longer. About same amount that are dying on the road in Thailand are dying due to the bad air. The air is very bad in Thailand. This is not spoken about so much.
  20. And they are not real Hepa filters.
  21. Not to mention the dirty air the fireworks creates!
  22. Deleting the app in NOT enough! You need to do a complete factory reset. There are different resets, use the one that complete resets the phone to factory status. Not the one that saves personal information like contacts, photos etc.
  23. Your passport don´t change number every time you renew it? That is my case.
  24. Dear Toolong, you where not slow. I was! I just answered you yesterday ???? Yes, this is very interesting and all this happen the last 3 weeks. So it is not old information. Chaeng Wattana was on Monday as I got the 1 year extension so that was a perfect opportunity to raise this question with them in the main Immigration of Thailand. But it was not known by them. Talked with the correct people there. Not the extension officer. I would like to hear if others have any knowledge about this as well. I have also heard about people having this restriction (in Thai) on the backside of the license for many years already and not know about it as it is in Thai and they have driven all around in Thailand and also been stopped by the police several times with no problem ????. At least it is a good idea to ask at DLT next time about this and then choose passport or ID card. The person at the amphure called them and asked about this as it was news for him and then DLT just hanged up the phone! The man at the am amphure called 2 times with the same result. It was surrealistic! It is worth to mention that this maybe can affect the insurance if having an accident. So better check with them as well. I would be happy to hear if you find more information about this. I personally have decided to bring the international driving license with me all the time and after 2 years I will renew it with the passport for the 5 years driving license.
