Cheese Ham Onion Pies in the oven now 10:30am and will be ready 11am

Steak & onion pies will be ready 12 o clock lunch today.

I was stopped last week on the 121 near sarapee on my way back to San Sai,I was stopped in a line of traffic and was asked if i had been drinking and made to leave my car while the bib did some checks.I was ok because only been drinking coke so they sent me on my way. While i was waiting for the bib to check my details i could hear how they catch you out like the man behine me.They ask have you been drinking and where,they send another bib to the bar/restaurant where you may have been and check your bill there to see how many drinks were on your bill and compare it with your statment and BINGO if you lied. As for the new DD laws not sure how long it will last tho ???

Sausage King did have a tandoori oven build and there are only 2 tandoori ovens in Chiang Mai.if you are thinking to build one yourself then i would say don't bother as the guys who built my tandoori oven that is nothing like a pizza oven had so many important points of very old technology built into it.If the important points were not built into the oven during construction then your naan breads would not stick to the inside of the oven.We use our oven to tandoori our chicken for all sausage king curries.

Maybe we are all wrong? Maybe as Myanmar is to open up the their country that Burmese builders in here will want to go home and there are 7.000.000 in Thai? just food for thought. So lets build quick.

Well i have just about tried every place in Chiang Mai for a cork type notice board with no luck. I guess they are not in Thailand ?

OFFICE DEPOT - ground floor of Panthip Plaza have cork boards. I was in there today and saw several different types, some reversible white one side, cork the other.

Beat me to it. I was in Central KSK this morning and saw some, three different sizes in the stationary/book/art supply section on the third floor.

Not sure how good but made 145 of the Aussie breakfast pies before noon and by 3pm 1 left and all positive feedback comments on taste.Next weekend 100% beef steak pies and the breakfast pie + some large fresh sausage rolls. yum yum.

Well you were right and i got my cork notice board. i have to say you must be good at shopping as it was in a corner of the store where most customers don't go.almost a store area of the shop.so i take my hat of to you for finding my cork notice board.Am happy now.Cheers.Rob.
