  1. Relocation due to possible changes in circumstances. Mentioned it twice before.
  2. You are speculating here. I'm not here to openly discuss business details.. Anybody can find me in private. I've been on this forum for a decade so why would I screw people up. Buyer must bring a lawyer if they are interested. No fool play.
  3. Does it matter what you saw? I only looked for advice as to how to possibly sell an online shop. Never did I intend to sell on this website, nor did I intend to share our company information here. Why is it so hard to understand this?
  4. Yeah, you know it better than my accountant lol. Jesus, what are you on? You have no idea how much the top few hundred sellers make.
  5. Theoretically possible, but practically it isn't. You need boots on the ground and they must be reliable.
  6. Roughly. But it's Thailand, so ..... Somewhat better than working in a 7/11 though ????
  7. Good on her. I also know successful sellers. It's not rocket science, is it.
  8. Why would it be a lie? Really don't understand the bitterness. We will even pay off your lawyer to stitch you up, right? Lol.
  9. 3-4 mil last year. This year is gonna be slightly higher. Probably 4.5-4.7. We could do more but we can't handle and don't want to have more orders. As I said, it's a smallish business but with some more investment the turnover could easily jump to 20+ mill
  10. You need to learn online selling. It's not a local mom and pop shop where the soda is always 10 baht. There is of course a limit as to how much you can charge for a product. However, it's down to the seller to create their marketing and advertising. Sellers can make their products popular but it requires hard work. It's more important than your price. But you know it better.
  11. Of course online selling has its pros and cons. And it's true it's not easy to deal with Shopee and Lazada's partner support not saying the buyers. We are not selling properties, but the rights, the name, the stock, manufacturers details, advice, the portfolio of an established business. Buyer can have a warehouse wherever he wants it. We rent our shop and storages. Anyways, I know a few people who tried to open their online shops recently, but can't make it work. Some have stopped doing it and some are struggling. It's too late to start from zero. But taking over an established online shop gives the chance to immediately raise revenue. Our yearly turnover is 11-12 million baht. It's a smallish business. However, in reality, we could do way more than that but we haven't got the capacity to handle that much.
  12. We source directly from manufacturers. Throughout the years we have managed to find the most reliable ones. Zero data policy? I didn't know you were the Tax Collection Department
  13. Lol. Mate, you are indeed an interesting person. I have asked if someone knows a way to sell a business like this. Let me also repeat, you may want to read it again, I am NOT offering anything for sale here. I'm only asking a question whether its viable to meet buyers in Thailand. One more time, I AM NOT SELLING THE BUSINESS IN THIS THREAD!!! Hence, I'm not going to share our company information with you! Lol, how many times shall I write this down???????????
  14. All buyers that are interested can access these infos. I'm afraid, I'm not selling it on Aseannow, but simply asked if it was possible to meet buyers in Thailand. Missus has asked a few people but none have any ideas. I thought some knowledgeable foreigners might know something.
  15. Why? Hasn't a single person ever sold a business? ???? Read the reasons why the question was asked. CP Thailand has bought hundreds of businesses from successful entrepreneurs. Those silly people shouldn't have sold ???? Anyways, it was a mistake to post this and no one seems to understand the question but everybody wants to scrutinize our bank books ???? It's ok, I'm happy with the business but I can't trust outsiders to run it. It just doesn't work. I hope this has cleared things up.
  16. Anyways, it seems rather surprising that a simple question is asked but the replies don't relate to that. Let's make it clear. A family-run business needs to be sold, closed or goods sold out due to changes in circumstances. Would be hard to manage the business from 10,000 km away from Thailand. Finding people to manage it is also difficult. Selling online requires nonstop attention. Sellers can't just close the shop as they will be penalised for late shipping and slow chat replies let alone the stock sitting in the storages.
  17. I was not offering it but asked, if there was a marketplace where business are offered and sold. Read the OP carefully before you post
  18. Profit margin is 5-50% depending on products, stock, interest etc. It's not magic. Even with the lowest possible profit margin, the business generates well over a 100k profit per month. Most month it's more than that But you know it better as you run my business, don't you? ????
  19. Lol. It doesn't work that way. The business can be sold and ownership is signed to another company. It's a registered business
  20. Lol. I just did. Transferred ownership in 2 days. Please don't spread misinformation Lol.
  21. You want me to disclose sensitive information here? That only is gonna available for buyers not the regular public
