My understanding is no data is available beyond the previous seven days. Not sure why, just to pee us off or is there a reasonable explanation. I have resorted to entering my data ONCE only and screen grabbing it for use anytime in weeks / years ahead.
Many thanks. I have also screengrabbed mine and printed it out to clip to my existing manual copy.

Having received notification approved, I logged back in today.
Ir just shows the original approved notice. Scrolled down and entered passport number and name, clicked on search and " no data found".
Not unduly perturbed, but is this normal?
Thank you.

Thank you both for your help.
Just tried again and incredibly now registered. The issue seemed to be the uploads. They just showed, but without the actual jpeg annotation in highlighted blue. Several attempts and they finally appeared. Screenshot saved.
Most probably user error🤣🤣
Logged back on and received the new page layout showing approved. Don't quite understand the from and to date, as 11/11/2023.
But at least I am registered and I have the original paper copy of some years ago.
Thank you again.

Yes, House ID Number is an optional field, the value for which can be found as the first number on the first page of either a blue or yellow house registration book (tabian bahn) in the form 0000-000000-0. It is not a mandatory field.
There is a User's Guide which might be helpful:
https://tm30.immigration.go.th/TM30/Foreigner/TM30TH/index.htmlMany thanks to all. Done that....still insufficient data. Not to worry. I will stick with my manual copy until told otherwise.

A while since I did it now and obviously I don't know exactly what you have done etc. Register / Update though is a distinct two part process. Register first with just your name and the two document uploads. Then await the user confirmation email. Then, log in, change the password etc then add an address and again add the same two documents to the address. Then you can submit a TM30 for the newly added address. No House ID number is needed. IIRC it's an optional field that may be popping up if you're trying to do it all in one go, if that is indeed the case.
Many thanks. Will look at this again. I registered before. Received confirmation email. Logged in and changed password.
Completed page with personal details previously.
Today, clicked on address details and completed and " save" And that is where it stated " insufficient data" but doesn't say what.

Many thanks. I will have a look at the online site again. I backed out originally, because I thought it needed, landlords tambien bann and ID card.
Bit difficult as they live quite a way from here.
Thank you.
Update. Just tried to register. Uploaded Tenancy Agreement and passport. Completed address details. But will not save because it now needs to add house ID number. I presume they mean Tambien bann number.

You can register yourself as a tenant by uploading just your passport copy and the first page of your contract. Over the coming months there will doubtless be more reports as to whether an "old system" TM30 is still being accepted or not. I previously saw reports that some people have interacted with Immigration with old or even no TM30s with no problem, whether that will change nobody knows. I've registered on the new system so am no longer keeping tabs on the status / acceptability of old system reports.
Many thanks. I will have a look at the online site again. I backed out originally, because I thought it needed, landlords tambien bann and ID card.

I have read every post on this subject. But just need to clarify or ask the question.
This question is for a person who has a current TM 30 issued some years ago and is a tenant, and not previously registered on line.
Do they now need their landlord to register them on line. Or, come the time of their annual extension of stay, will the current TM 30 paper copy that they have used for all previous extensions, suffice?
Thank you.

OK, but many of us did register online and have re-registered.
A friend went to CM Imm. yesterday specifically to preempt needing a new receipt for his extension renewal (he registered online) and gave up because of the queue he saw. He asked the information desk but didn't get an answer either way.
According to my neighbour he re registered and received his updated TM 30 by email.
I will bow out of this conversation as online registration does not affect my manually obtained one.
Good luck.

So are we required to obtain a new TM30 paper receipt from the new database, or is the old paper receipt still acceptable for extensions etc?
The alleged queue at the TM30 office suggests that they want a new printout.
You are only assuming that the queue suggests a new printout.
I was there yesterday and did not see any such queues for TM 30.
Why not phone immigration and ask the question?

As the article stated "existing online registrations" need to be re registered. That has nothing to do with those who did not register on line and obtained their TM 30 by hand.

I never heard such, nor did immigration said anything about such. It would not make any sense either.
You could think some stupid one in immigration would say something the other way though, luckily not (yet... )
Yep...agreed. i never suggested immigration made the statement. I was sent misinformation by a well meaning person.
Thank you, I was misinformed.

Why not send a polite email request to the Head of immigration asking fir clarification of the 800.000 baht requirements in the bank, because next year you wish to change from the monthly income method.
No need to mention what you were told by one incorrect officer.
See attached image for contact details.

@hml367 Thank you for that.
Update. Managed to register. All I need to do now is upload my existing tm 30.
According to immigration just now, this is only for existing online users. So the video from that Phuket lawyer is ambiguous to say the least.

Having read every post, I still have a very simple question.
If you already have a TM30 from immigration, do you need to go online to register. I did my registration by handing it in to CM immigration some years ago.
Why, according to some reports that all manually obtained TM 30s must now be re registered on line, and that existing TM 30s are no longer valid.

This is the English, excerpted from the email I got from Immigration in September, 2023:
We are pleased to inform you that with effect from 15 September 2023, the website address (URL) will be changed as follows.
However, you will need to register again at our new website. For clients who have saved our website as a “Favorite” or “Bookmark”, please update the settings. URL Previous URL: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/ New URL: https://tm30.immigration.go.th/tm30/#/login This is all very confusing. According to phuket news on a video I just watched, existing holders of tm 30 document will have their details transferred by registering.
The link I have just tried requires my landlords details etc plus ID card.
So I cannot just simply register to receiveca code, which the online help guide suggests.

They introduced a new database and instead of migrating the data, they requested to all online users, mainly hotels, to re-register and then add all residents.
Thank you.

Anybody extended a non-imm O since the new TM30 database was launched last month?
I understand there is a huge queue at the TM30 office - are they making everyone get a new printout before processing, or just forcing those that haven't to re-register?
Why do we need to re register?

A multi entry O is a " proper visa". It's also legal.
Not sure why you say " you spoil it.....:, when quoting my post.

Do a border run the day before expiry and get 90 days.
When the 90 days expires, get a further 60 days at immigration.
Total 17 months.
Or, do what is legally required and stop living here by bending the rules. Get a proper visa and extension. If you can't afford it, then the answer is obvious! You spoil it for those who live by the requirements to remain here.

Labour lied to Parliament and the British electorate, taking Britain into an illegal war where thousands of UK troops were killed and the middle east was destabilized. Thats' why they were dumped and haven't been trusted since.
A bit worse than having a Guardian hit piece alleging a few quid was invested into a firm linked to a politicians wife. Desperate stuff.
Which illegal are you referring to. If it was the Iraq war, it was actually 179 British servicemen who lost their lives.
