At the local Thai post office i was informed they have put a hold, on packages being sent to the USA. I need to send a watch part so the package will be very small. Would anyone know how to get around this issue.

At present i use the Chiang Rai Toyota main dealer for work on my 4WD pickups, just checking if anyone has info for a good local mechanic who has knowledge on older model Toyota 4WD pickups, some basic English would be a bonus.

Ok i have now located an agent, did you use your driving licence for this part as everything else on the list will be in Thai and need translated and certified Proof of address in Thailand (lease agreement, utility bill, bank statement, Driving license, etc...) Address must be written in English

I live in Ubon and want to avoid going to BKK, do you have a ref for an agent who can handle everthing, and mail me back my new passport

My extensions are all based on the 800k method, i have already informed them i am on a Retirement extention so i will need to wait and check what the outcome will be. The issue for me is what happens when the job is complete and they need to cancell my work visa, as i will need to return back to a Retirement extention

At present i have a 1 year Retirement extention, issued in Ubon. i have just been asked if i am interested in a 3 month work contract in Rayong, and the company would obtain a work visa. I assume that the retirement extention would be cancelled and replaced with a work visa. What i would like to know is what is the procedure when the work visa is cancelled, and i need to re apply for a new retirement extention.

What would happen if you previously used an agent to supply the funds for the extention, and that amounrt was no longer in your bank book to provide up date ?

My retirement visa expirey date is 21/03/25, due to the fact i will need to pay the 2.000 Baht fine is it worh going to the Imm office to tell them i forgot and just leave it till then. Or is it best to go perhaps sometime this month and pay the fine and receive a new date for my next 90 day report. The office is very close to my home.

Thanks for the info, they usually send me a reminder online but this time no reminder. I need to flag these dates to avoid this issue.

I have just noticed my 90 Day report that i do online was due on 27th September and i have forgot to submit, should i now go online and submit a late report or will i need to go to the IMM office
