Complain all you want about Thai riders and question the number of accidents but I believe the figures mentioned are probably higher, the tourists have NFI how traffic flow works here, the majority of them (tourists) NEED to pass everyone and be first in line.
Like it or not, for Thais and long term residents there's an understanding of how the traffic moves and what's expected at pinch points, the tourists understandably don't and as a consequence have accidents.

Ventured over to patong for the 1st time in a very long while, morons like the guy in the article are literally everywhere, groups of them on the roads and have NFI how to ride, any semblance of a straight and they're going as fast as they can then continually hard braking.
Would've loved to have seen them have a pile up and hurt just themselves.

Some automative shops will have a good source for this (if thats what you need).
I had the dealer powder coat some items on my motorcycle (this was in Bangkok though).
The metal struts of the wing mirrors on my triumph.

Really ruins it when you smell the stench of some inconsiderate priks cigarette after a surf or swim, more often than not the same ignorant person probably drops the finished cigarette in the sand because why would they care about the rubbish?
Then again if they're stupid enough to be smoking in this day and age then you can't really expect much more from them.
