Reports are that the security staff were untrained, had little PPE, and that some even had sex with the supposedly quarantined guests.

An added bit was that (mostly) young people were partying with the thinking that if street demos were OK then every gathering was OK. This is a logical thought.

One could take your argument and say there should not be freedom of the press, because hardly anyone uses a printing press nowadays.

The system in the US basically criminalizes  African Americans  at  birth by assumption. If they object as within  their rights then the  boot comes  in for  getting  "uppity" !

Looking at crime stats sometimes does not show the full picture. When we look at cops vs black bad interactions we cannot see how many of these are black cops. (happy to see if you have).

Many of these "troubled" cities have black mayors and black police chiefs. Bad interactions should not be so prevalent.

I just saw a clip of Obama saying that blacks were over represented as both the perpetrators and victims of crime.

It is a fact that most blacks killed are killed by other blacks.

I doubt Queensland will open its borders this week. With the surge in Victoria it has been announced that sporting teams that have travelled to Melbourne will be required to do the quarantine thing upon entering Qld.

I was surprised to see that the AIDS-related deaths were still so high.

Most of the movies they mentioned were flops. I don't know how I Tonya fared but I thought it was good. Margo is good but they insist on making these films with really bad writing.
