I am pro British and American,But it seems really strange how the many people have started to shout Terroism since 9/11,When the Yanks never did anything to stop funding of Terroism in their own country before then.It sometimes only hits home when it is on your own doorstep.

Yeah I've been to court here where if the murderer turns him/herself in, the sentence is halved.  If he confesses (including the reenactment that they like to show on tv or on the newspapers), that's another half.  50 to 25 to 12 years.  Just like that, and 'special' treatment for police or army officers who might be in danger in prison, that's always a wildcard as well.

Hi,Myself and my family are coming to Los next year to stay,What we are wondering about is my visa situation,My wife and i are living in the UK,She has permanent residency here,and our 4 children will have a Thai passport each very soon,The only problem i have is which visa to apply for.Do i apply for?

1,Go for a Non immigrant "O" visa and let her start up a company in Los,

2,Get married to her and get a Non immigrant visa for marriage think it is a type "B"?

3,Let her start up the business and i work for her and get a work permit for the business,The business in question would involve Teaching English and Thai and translation services.

4,Just get a non immigrant "O" for a multi stay visa for the first year?
