Last month wife and I spent the night in Lampang and while there we ate at Long Jim New York Pizza and had the best pizza we ever had in Thailand and I have eaten lots of pizza in the many years I have been here.      If you are in Lampang and craving a pizza well worth a stop.   Google the restaurant name for more info.     Note they are closed on Monday.

But I question how well he knew her , since he only visited her during his holidays . So she lived in Pattaya when he was not on holiday?  Most probably a working girl with lots of personal problems..

The last time I checked was when I had a health check up at Bumrugrad Hospital on 22 Dec 2017.

LDL-C                       132

I take medication (hyzaar) for high blood pressure, since Jan 2018  so since I have been taking the medication my blood pressure is usually around 115/70.

Yesterday I had blood work done at the Life Care Lab in Pattaya.         Here are the numbers.

Total Chol                   244

Triglycerides               69

HDL-C                          101

LDL-C                           129

I am concerned about the Total Chol although I was told that the HDL of 101 offsets this.    How does this offset work?     I am 74, 5'9" and 70 kg and walk 2 hours per day, 1 hour in the morning and 1 in the evening  so I think I get enough exercise.     Should I be thinking about klmedication to lower the total chol?

I used to work in Nigeria in 1976 and I met many very decent Nigerians.       It is very unlikely that you will meet any decent ones in the lower Sukhumvit area.

Well I enjoy the T-21 here in Bangkok and hope the one in Pattaya is just as successful. 

I know there are plenty listed on agoda, bookings etc or google Chiang Dao Resorts.   I have done that and have a few places that look ok.    What I am hoping to find are a few first hand experiences from travelers who have actually stayed in said resorts.    We will be driving so out of the way wont be a problem.    Price range around B 1500 max.     Thanks for any suggestions.      We have stayed at Chiang Dao Nest, 1 and 2 over the years so would like to try something different although both were ok.

We plan to spend a few days in Doi Inthanon starting around 11 June then head north for a night in the Mae Rim area before going on to Chiang Dao.    My question is it possible to exit Doi Inthanon NP and get on route 1096 via Samoeng and on to route 107?    Using my road map this looks possible but google maps a different story.

A third of the price!      I have tried a number of those 40 bhat  coffee places and I have yet to find one that I would go back to.    I'd  rather pay more and get something I can drink.       Also I enjoy sitting in a "Cheap Charlie" free area like Starbucks offers.

Yes, thanks for that info.    Their donuts are sweet but I'm am not going there for donuts.    They serve great coffee and that's what I'm looking for.    So, is their a KK in Pattaya?
