Bruno is with me now. He's still a bit shy of the new surroundings.
The wound is still fresh and smells. I'll bring him to the vet first thing tomorrow since they're all closed today.

He's very handsome and definitely got Siamese blood.
Well done mate !!!

Another thread said they required it for renewal!
So I would imagine just play safe and take it, if you haven't got something that's what they will most likely ask for.
Cheers. That is exactly what i will do.

Beng: I'm sure that some helpful senior member of TV will post a detailed answer to your questions before very long; however, you could easily find the answers on your own by reading through the posts on the Visas & Immigration forum. Questions similar to yours are asked -and answered- everyday on TV. You can also do a search on TV and pull up a lot of relevant information. That would probably allow you to use your time more efficiently and get answers to any of your questions more quickly.
Good luck on your extension for retirement!
DogNo1, thank you for your reply and your suggestions. Of course, I did some research (read all the english content on the thai immigration site plus spent several hours going through numerous TV topics)... without finding the answer I'm looking for. So hopefully, some helpful TV experts will come up with a short list of what is needed at CNX immigration office.

Hi there,
I am going to extend my non immigrant O visa on grounds of retirement in Chiang Mai soon.
Do I need a rental agreement or residency letter ?
Could someone come up with a list of the required documents please.
Cheers

Should the 17 countries charge Thais more for visiting our national parks, zoo, museums, etc then ? Or do the immigration people think that charging foreigners 200% more than Thais to visit certain attractions is fair ?

From google:
Reggae Pub is the oldest and one of the biggest clubs on Samui. In the beginning the Reggae Pub was just a small bar on Chaweng Beach. Established in 1988 with 15 seats and a bar, Reggae Pub grew to a big nightclub later. With its relocation to the lake it expanded to a gigantic fun pub. In 1995 it burnt down, by tourist misbehavior and was completely rebuilt into the unique architectural wooden building that blended the Reggae style with the traditional Thai style to the modern classical decoration. It gives the place the special atmosphere it has."
Right. Could have been 1995/6 when it burned down

1. Reggae Pub first opened in Jan. or Feb.1990 on the Chaweng beach road opposite from where the Beachcomber hotel is today. It was just a small bar and was packed on the opening night.
2. In 1992 they moved, setting up a wooden bridge across the lake to the Laem Din area and build up a massive two storey place with foodstalls and a video lawn at the front. I remember one stall was selling huge and tasty BBQ chicken baguettes for 20 baht.
3. On new years eve in 1996/7 it burned down when a stray firework hit the thatched roof.
4.Reggae Pub opened a few years before Green Mango
Hope this helps

Just contact AA insurance (Thailand). You can talk in English via email.
Cheers. Do you mean the AIA insurance company ??
-
Hi there, does anyone know if there is any insurance company offering this in Chiang Mai ?
-
Anyone been there recently ?? Cheers for an update.

Thank you guys, very helpful indeed. So it looks like that there is a good chance of getting the normal 3,5 baht/unit.
-
This has probably been discussed. Would be grateful though for some info.
When owning a condo, is the power bill normally paid directly to the power provider or to the condo management at a higher rate ?? Cheers.

Another Thai No Brainer by the look alone. And what is the jet ski association all about ??
-
I've been to many airports, BKK has the worst smoking rooms ever seen.
-
He should go on to check out Samui

I've seen touts showing monkeys, lizards, birds and other animals to tourists........
If nobody would pay the touts for taking pics with the poor animals, the problem would quickly disappear.
